The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Old Town, so I could easily explore all the sights and attractions. The service provided by the friendly staff was impeccable - they were always ready to assist with any request or question I had. The room itself was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities and a cozy sitting area. The free Wi-Fi was a great convenience as well.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The hotel is nicely situated not very far from all the attractions. Close to bus station as well. Room is clean and equipped with safety box. The mattress is comfortable. After a long day sightseeing, coming back to the hotel is such a treat. During our stay we also experienced a baggage delay, hotel staffs were very helpful. They tried helped us contact the airline and airport. Staffs are fluent in English and friendly.
There is no shower curtain in the bathroom so it gets a little messy while taking a shower. After than that there is nothing else I don't like about this hotel.

The hotel is really close to the old center (eg. Old Town Square oz. Jewish Quarter), our room was on the ground floor just across a small inside patio, so it was very quiet. The room was really large with a small kitchen corner (but no apliances for cooking, no microwave), the bed was quite comfortable. The buffet breakfast was basic but ok. In our room we had our own thermostate to regulate heating wich was eccelent. We were travelling with our dog and the ground floor room was eccelent for us as it was very quiet and only a few steps to get out of the hotel (the nearest dog park is just a few steps away at the back of the nearby church). The hotel has eccelent internet connection (free of charge) and though it doesn't have private parking they arranged parking for us in the garage of a hotel that was just arround the corner (the parking fare was ok as well - 40€ for 3 days).
Our room was really dusty and smelled of humidity, but the smell went away after an hour of open window and with heating on. The smell of humidity was much worser in the underground breakfast room. I have asthma and the third morning I simply skipped breakfast because of the breathing problems I got down there. The hotel lacks of any visible outer sign so you need to look for grey sign for a hotel and appartments on the left side of the street and a small grocery store (Venezia Old Town is in between those two, red door) not to miss the entrance.

The apartments were clean and functional, and the kitchenette came in handy. It was conveniently located near a shopping center and an easy walk to the main square. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The location was hard to find at first and required a bit of walking with luggage. The noise from traffic and the clock tower disrupted sleep.

Great central location in a quiet street close to the Florenc bus station and Namesti republiky, breakfast served in individual rooms. Small, cozy hotel in historical building, tiny reception. Rooms are clean and roomy, and include a small kitchen. We were however surprised that the hotel has a rating of 4 stars, 3 seemed more appropriate. Price was good, but there are probably similar or nicer hotels in the same price range. We were able to negotiate a later check-out time without any problems.
The beds were comfortable, but the double bed was two single beds on wheels put together, so not the best arrangement for a couple.

Ideally situated in Old Town possible to walk to places of interest. Coffee/Tea facilities
Our bathroom did not have any shower curtain and the bath plug was loose. No air con so either airless or very noisy with open windows

This place was a great location for exploring the old town square, as it was nearby and within walking distance of a popular restaurant.

It was clean, staff was all right and it was close to the inner city.
The elevator is slow as a sloth.

Large bed room and bathroom, mini - dining kitchen, ample hot water, reasonable amount of storage space, several electric points and free wifi. Location - within easy walking distance (5min) of Prague centre, number of very reasonably priced local eating places close by.
Has limited breakfast menu - basically only two choices - would be a bit boring if staying for 5+ days.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a romantic escape. We loved the fact that there were supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for us to grab a bite to eat. the location was also fantastic, with the city center just a short distance away.
One thing we didn't like was the lack of air conditioning in the room. It could get a bit hot during the daytime, although it wasn't a problem at night.

We booked a double room for the low price of 166 euro for four nights. We have stayed in a number of European hotels for a similar (and higher) price and I have to say that this is the nicest budget hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was absolutely huge! We had a kitchenette, en suite, all the usual amenities in a hotel plus a good breakfast every morning between 8 and 10am. The hotel was in a perfect spot, very close to both the metro station and about a ten minute walk from the centre of Old Town square. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone who is travelling on a budget - you will be pleasantly surprised.

Hotel Venezia Old Town is clean and comfortable with good facilities in an excellent location.
Hotel Venezia Old Town really should be avoided at the time of writing - 1-6-2012 as there is a building site next door. There is unbearable noise starting from 0700hrs and continuing until 1800hrs. Once I contacted the hotel about this matter I was met with derision and ridicule. A good hotel which is tainted.
